ns Following examination of your submitted drawings and inspection of the map of sewers, it would appear that the proposal will be built over or within 3 metres of a public drain/sewer. You are, therefore, required to consult with the owner of the drain/sewer or the statutory undertaker.
ns It has been assumed that the structural calculations deposited with your application have been designed and verified by a qualified structural engineer. On this basis, the design has been accepted.
ns Due to the close proximity of the adjoining boundary/wall/buildings you should consult the adjoining owners with regards to your proposal.

ns The ventilation extract rate to the proposed kitchen is to be 30 l/s (adjacent to hob) or 60 l/s (elsewhere). Minimum high rate to be 13 l/s.
ns The ventilation extract rate to the proposed bathroom/ensuite is to be 15 l/s. Minimum high rate to be 8 l/s.
ns The ventilation extract rate to the proposed laundry room is to be 30 l/s. Minimum high rate to be 8 l/s.
ns The proposal has been identified as being in an area which may be affected by Radon. Once the work has been completed, it is advisable that the property is tested in accordance with National Radiological Protection Board's recommendations. ns Specify the full details of the proposed heating appliances to be installed in the building.
ns The foundations to the existing building must be exposed for inspection prior to the commencement of work on site.
