ns The stairway and landing should have headroom of at least two metres measured vertically from the pitch line.
ns Consecutive tapered treads must have a uniform going.
ns The tapered treads must have a minimum going of 50mm.
ns Provide detail of the proposed stair trimming.
ns Specify the construction of the first floor with regard to the resistance to both impact and airborne sound.
ns Provide a layout plan showing the full details of the drainage system including runs, falls, invert levels, access and ventilation. Full details of manhole construction and size and flow rate calculations are also required.
ns Specify the full details of the proposed heating appliances to be installed in the building.
ns The proposed electrical installation is to be installed by a competent person registered under the Governments competent person scheme. Either, BRE Certification Ltd, BSI, ELECSA Ltd, NAPIT Certification Ltd or NICEIC Certifications Services Ltd.
