I would like to object on the grounds that it would have a detrimental effect on the significant views in the Llysworney Conservation Area.
Photos being used in the application show restricted views which is true during half of the year when there are leaves on the trees. In the Autumn and winter the views are far more visible.
Whilst the height of the house has reduced from the original application which was rejected it's only by 600mm which is not much in the overall impact of the new dwelling.
