For example, is your complaint in respect of a fence, garden shed, extension or conservatory, a business use of a property, a change of use of land, development not in accordance with an approved scheme, advertisements, untidy land or building, works to trees or hedgerows, etc.
For building works, when did the works commence, where are the works in relation to your property, what is the approximate height/size of the development, etc.
For a change of use, what type of use is taking place, approximately how many visitors are there to the property as a result of the use, what was the previous use of the property, etc.
If the land or building is untidy, please describe what is on the land or what makes the building untidy. If a tree or hedgerow has been removed/damaged, please describe the location and, if known, species of tree/hedgerow. If an advertisement is displayed, please describe the location, size and type of the advertisement and please indicate whether or not it is illuminated.
