Thank you for sending me the details of the above proposals at Cosmeston. The documents are highly complex, containing much technical detail, and I will need adequate time to carefully consider and comment on the application.
I would suggest that Local Members, (Penarth & Sully) should receive a collective briefing on the application, so that appropriate responses can be formulated in advance of Officers? Reports being prepared for Committee.
Inevitably there will be a large number of comments from my own Constituents, and these will need to be compiled into a formal submission from myself to the Council. I feel sure you will appreciate this point.
