Comment submitted by David Noble: The current road system through Penarth is already inadequate and this proposed development along with another one in Sully is going to make matters even worse.
There needs to be a bypass for traffic coming from the west side of the Vale to enable commuters to get into Cardiff.
I would also hope that the new Primary School is indeed built and this should be a condition of any approval, it should be an English Language school as the only school in Penarth which is not full is the Welsh language one.
