Comment: With regard to this application it will be necessary for the applicant to provide a noise report detailing measures to ensure that the application does not cause noise nuisance to any of the surrounding residential premises. The report will also need to include prospective noise from any specific play areas with regard to the proposal.
Without a noise report being submitted to overcome my concerns I wouldn’t be in a position to look favourably at the application and for that reason I would raise an objection to the proposal on the ground of negative impact on residential amenity.
