Mr I Robinson,
I am strongly against the proposal of this planing application, as I cannot see the justification of spending approx ?15 million when there is already the infrastructure in place that could accommodate the extra traffic levels with more modest adjustments.
I also do not understand the need for this proposal considering that when RAF ST Athan was in full flow there were as many, if not more people working in the area than there will be when the new enterprise zone is completed - if that ever happens to the extent assumed.
