I do not believe that this road is necessary.A far better option is to upgrade the existing Eglwys Brewis road for the following reasons: -
1. The work would be done at a much lower cost than the proposed Northern Access route.
2.There would be no traffic bottle-neck caused by the proposed roundabout on the main coast road.
3, There would be less impact on the environment - existing fields would not be destroyed
