Other type details: See comments box. Comment: My objection relates to the fact that of all the 23 or so dwellings, in the originally named Vale Park Estate that back on to the B4265 bypass at the planned new NAR junction, all but one of the houses (mine) have EB2 reflective environmental barrier fencing proposed (Drawing CT-0301-fencing refers) to alleviate traffic noise (estimated to be greater than 70dB by 2019 - Drawing F04 refers). This is quite ironic as residents have been complaining about traffic noise along this road for many years (a petition was submitted to the VOGC on 24 November 2010) and now would be an ideal opportunity to help local residents by extending the reflective environment fencing to include all properties at this location. There is also the issue of street lighting pollution which needs to be carefully considered at this new junction to prevent annoyance to local residents and harmful effects to wildlife.
