I object as:
design is crude not befitting the area
too many units on the site
lack of parking spaces 30 units = 60 cars !
egress from site is dangerous, cars speed along Paget Place
overflow of cars puts parking pressure on existing residents, especially those with no off-street parking
damage to environment and local wildlife which has remained undisturbed
view will be spoilt from the sea/marina/Wales Coastal Footpath
not in keeping with Victorian architecture below the site
on unstable land see old Summer House and falling rocks below
rare plants, birds and animals will be disturbed - bats and birds nest and roost here need to keep green spaces in Penarth
greedy developers - what we need is social housing not bijoux flats as the Council demolished the Billy Banks and has not replaced the number of social housing units.
