Still have concerns with parking already connection in this area with school nearby aswell as dwellings penarth heights very dangerous turning out of surrounding roads and limited visibility due to lack of parking.
Concerns about the building close to cliff edge and surrounding cliff disturbance especially removal of trees where roots are possible holding parts of cliff face intact danger to public and buildings below.
The flats visually are not in keeping with surrounding buildings eyesore in such a dominant visual location.
Massive disruption to residents noise pollution and danger of large lorry's turning constantly into site for extended period of time.
