More revenue for the Council is probably your priority.
What about further demand on Schools,Roads and please don't get me started on parking in Penarth.I have a business in the town I I have experienced that problem first hand for nearly fourteen years.
I am also aware of plans to build even more housing near Cosmeston.Where will all this end?
Greed and no regard for our community.I for one will be moving in the not too distant future.
Roads are a mess as are pavements.No car park in a large town like Penarth....ridiculous.But you keep permitting more new construction.Crazy!
