I strongly object to the proposal for a number of reasons. Firstly it means the destruction of a wildlife habitat which is a rarity in Penarth. The woodland is home to Owls , Bats and Foxes all year round. Also the noise, dirt and disruption would be unbearable to live with.
There is also a question of how safe the proposed building would be regarding subsidence and possible landslide.
The proposal has already been rejected once so why are we having to go through this again. The only people who will gain are the bullying arrogant developers and associated people who don't seem to be able to take no for an answer and it will be at the expense of the local residents.
The proposal is not welcome.
