We have serious concerns in regard to traffic with this proposal.
Since the closure of the Doctors Surgery we and other residents of Orchard Crescent have had our Close back.
It has been a nightmare with car parking and traffic in and out of the Close over the years. Our x3 children have ben raised in the Close and the only time they played in the Close was on a Sunday.
There are some younger families here now whose young children can now play in the Close.
Cardiff Road is at a standstill most days and any more developments such as a Retail Outlet will only add to the traffics issues in Dinas Powys. This building I appreciate needs to be put to use but seriously a Retail Outlet ? Is the Council turning Dinas Powys village into Dinas Powys Town? I suggest you ask your Refuse Teams in regard to past issues trying to get into our close re parking and traffic when the Doctors Surgery was running. It was a total nightmare.
We are totally against a Retail Outlet on this site.
