Proposed plan shows deliveries via Orchard Crescent, which maybe is not wide enough for large vehicles so could block only exit from Orchard Crescent.
Parking
When the Health Centre occupied the proposed site, parking problems were a regular occurance,Police records should show this.Parking on double yellow lines were also a daily occurance. A convenience store could cause similar or even worse problems.
Position
As you are aware Cardiff Road is a very busy road which regularly becomes congested. Adding yet another convenience store to the mix could further add to the congestion. The proposed site is very close to A busy crossroad and school.

There are two retail stores situated close to the proposed site. In addition several stores at the Murch Dinas Powys and in the Village. No call for another surely.
