Comment: Traffic Congestion-already suffers heavy traffic flow-this only exacerbates situation-flow interrupted by delivery vehicles/ kerb side parking issues-access for emergency /service vehicles restricted?-
Added noise and air pollution-affecting schoolchildren on way up Cardiff Road and possible added traffic hazard and further congestion at main traffic junctions creating further log jams of traffic using other local roads.
Long Opening hours creates little respite for residents.
height of flats creates problem for immediate neighbours with interruption of sun light access.
Limited parking will overspill into Orchard Crescent-after suffering 40 years of it with Health Centre.
Impact on Property values as a consequence.
Use of site for residential accomodation is acceptable but commercial considerations are not practicable nor desirable on this site.
