I just wonder why this location has been chosen - when so many others have been rejected. This is a very busy forecourt with large vehicles frequently entering, turning etc. I worry about the safety aspects of adding to this particularly busy location. Have appropriate risk assessments been carried out? Surely there must be quieter more suitable locations. Can we be advised what will be enclosed in the "equipment cabinets" and what "ancillary works" are to be carried out?
