Other type details: I have found out about this further planning application by hearsay. I have not received a formal notification form the applicant as stated in the Neighbour consultation. I will check with my neighbours whether the have. Comment: 1. Traffic congestion. There is insufficient highway capacity forcommters to Cardiff already, the 350 houses already granted will prove this. An extra 190 houses is ludicrously over capacity. 2. The lower field was previousy regarded as grade A agriculttural land, has this changed? 3.this site was supposed to be reserve site, failure to deliver other sites by the council now means that Sully will be overburdened.
