Comment: My objections mirror those already made in objection to the 350 houses already approved on the adjoining parcel of land bordered by Cog Rd and Swanbridge Rd. Over development...if approved this development will add to the already approved 350 houses on the adjoining field and bearing in mind the Vale of glamorgan's proposals to include in the LDP another 576 new houses in nearby Upper Cosmeston farm would amount to over 1100 new houses in an extremely small area. Lack of adequate road infrastructure... The site is served only by a country lane leading into already congested South and Lavernock roads. Lack of social infrastructure, lack of doctors, dentists secondary school and primary school places. A drainage and sewage system already working to maximum and often beyond capacity. Loss of yet more valuable farming land Lack of infrastructure in the village of Sully tio cope with yet more development.
