Other type details: Lack of planning for infrastructure to support the proposed development.
Comment: We are not against the proposed development per se, but we wish to object because of the lack of infrastructure to support both the building thereof and the occupants of the existing houses and the occupants of the houses to be built on this site:
1 Cog Road is completely unsuitable for the passage of the heavy lorries that would need to navigate its tortuous nature many times an hour throughout the working day during construction. Perhaps some of the councillors who will be voting on this proposal should join the crews of the recycling vehicles that come up and down the road every week and they would see how difficult it is for the drivers who know the road well.
2 A footpath/pavement has been promised for Cog Road for about 30 years but there has never been the will or finance to set about creating one. It is already very difficult for pedestrians to navigate their way up
