Other type details: As chairman of Saving Sully Group. Comment: On behalf of SSG I wish to make the following objections. The highway infrastructure cannot support a further 190 units. Vehicles accessing the site from Swanbridge Road would have to travel beneath a bridge which is restricted in height and width and no footpath With the lack of employment and transport the majority of residents on this application would work in Cardiff and travel by car along substandard roads The additional 190 houses would have a further detrimental effect on the hamlet of Cog A further loss of quality agricultural land and jobs The developers mitigation proposals at best are contradictory and at worst confusing There is a need for the developer to provide transparent capacity analysist
