Comment: I have examined the plans and I know the site well. I wish to object strongly to the development of these houses in this location.
Should the proposed development take place I feel this will not only be an enormous invasion of my privacy (my house directly overlooks the field) It will also cause a lot of noise pollution and dust in the surrounding area whilst the building works commence (for which I have been told could be on-going for several years).
With regards to the privacy (which is my main concern) my house directly overlooks the field where the proposed development will take place. When I bought the property I was aware the field adjacent to the field behind my house could potentially be built on however; I was not informed that the field directly behind my property would be. Had I known this at the time of purchase I would have reconsidered.
