Comment: This plan is unsuitable for the following reasons: 1) Loss of green field agricultural land when brown field sites exist towards Cardiff 2) Lack of infrastructure, in particular the congestion due to traffic generated from Sully at the junction of the B4267 and A4055. Queues are long and this will make it yet worse. The Dinas Powys by-pass should be done before further development to lessen the traffic at this junction (unless it is for bungalows for the elderly who are unlikely to travel at peak times). 3) Lack of infrastructure - due to local primary school places. 4) Lack of infrastructure - due to local GP services which are already strained. 5) Lack of amenity - there is no obvious proper green park space for this number of houses (suitable for full size playground/football). 6) Lack of amenity - there is no mention of upgrading the roads to allow for proper cycle path and footpath (continuous, wide,
