Other type details: Neighbour. Comment: I moved into this property with my daughter in May 2014 due to the location..... It is quiet & peaceful with unspoilt view of 2 fields & catchment of my daughters school. I would like to know: how close the properties will be to my property? There is land to the side of my property before the next houses I'm hoping it will be similar space & not have new house gardens backing on from mine. I will of course imagine i will need a fence or wall building , as I have neither, to separate & give privacy & safety.... Who will be expected to pay for this? I also would like to know: expected time of work as I'm expecting to experience a lot of noise, disturbance & dirt from the building works. I would unfortunately have to pay a substantial amount of early redemption to my mortgage if my intention was to move rather than experience the next few years of building disruption. I look forward to your response/recommendation.
