Comment: I cannot believe that this request is even being considered. Cosmeston Lakes is a jewel in the Vale, a haven for wildlife and such a peaceful environment. The wildlife on, in and around the lakes is rich and varied and a joy to see. This facility would drive out much of the wildlife which depends on the lake as well as disrupting the peacefulness of the place. This venture would be far better suited at Barry Waterfront, as part of the watersports facility.
