The Park was designated for quiet enjoyment of the countryside and countryside pursuits. The proposals will bring noise and intrusion incompatible with this function.
Parts of the Park are a Local nature Reserve & SSSI with natural habitats, water fowl and Water Vole, which will be disturbed by noise and other effects of the proposal. This is contrary to the Authorities duty to maintain and enhance biodiversity.
The Lakes current use for water pursuits are occasional and irregular, and are generally quiet and undertaken in small numbers. The proposed use for daily is inappropriate and will be noisy for longer periods of time.
Reception changing facility is ill-conceived in location and out of character.
