I think having wake boarding at cosmeton is the stupidest idea I've ever heard, and penarth has certainly had a few over the years. This is a SANCTUARY for not just the wildlife but for families and visitors and it would be totally spoiled by this ludacrous idea. Please consider the wider demographic than just a current or fashionable one.
