This park has been designated a Nature Reserve with an SSSI to protect plants. Surely wakeboarding conflicts with this? Cosmeston is a quiet, peaceful place, This facility would impact hugely on the tranquillity. Noise will scare the resident population of birds and the success story will be ruined. It would be harmful to your image as a council if you consent to changing this and respect would be at an even lower level. Please, let this facility go to Barry Dock where there is a water facility already in place. This would boost the regeneration programme for making Barry a great destination and be more appreciated. Don't ruin a beautiful park for no good reason.
