Comment: I am shocked to discover you are even contemplating this application. Cosmeston is the jewel of Penarth, the habitat is flourishing due to strict rules such as NO FISHING, no herbicides, no pesticides. How can you possibly consider introducing an unnecessary watersport onto a nature reserve? It is madness. The wildlife will be devastated, you will lose all of us who enjoy it as it currently is, local schools won't be able to use cosmeston as the wonderful resource it is to educate our young children on the value of nature. You must stop this madness, now. Thank you
