The amendment to the road system does not mitigate this application's excessive scale and disproportionate impact on local transport, medical and transport services, so I resubmit my original objection (attached). An independent report on the agricultural grade of this farm land should check MAFF's higher classification, which would protect it from development, particularly when brownfield sites and empty houses are available. A more moderate development, say 20 or 25 houses, might be suitable, and would comply with the Council's policy, as stated by its Leader, to "oppose inappropriate housing development in the Vale'.
