After reading all of the documentation provided, I still fail to understand why there is a need to build this development, when there are a great number of properties for sale within a 1 mile radius of the proposed site.
This will also spoil a green belt area which seems to b e a common trend nowadays.As we live off Cowbridge road my main and most important concern with this building development is the direct impact on the volume of traffic that will use this road. It is already a busy thoroughfare and to potentially increase this is of great concern to me. We have lost two cats to this road and even though my son is now 13 years of age, I would never let him walk on this road alone. Relevant authorities have been contacted, but until something serious happens, nothing will get done. I object to another development that will only bring empty housing and increase an already dangerous road.
