I refer you to comments made on the 02.02.17. No details submitted by the applicant have been revised to address earlier concerns raised. 1. Street lighting to be sensitive to the rural environment; timers, low height and low spill energy efficient fittings 2. Existing hedgerow surrounding the site to be retained and not replaced with new low level planting. 3. 3 storey dwellings are not in keeping with the local architecture. No precedents exist and this scale is not appropriate and should be omitted.
