Whilst there is a need for affordable housing in Wales as a whole there are far more suitable sites throughout the country which can sustain a large influx of people. The local infra structure struggles at the moment with traffic, schools, public transport and resources overloaded at present, 300 more families will stretch these services beyond breaking point and the whole community will suffer even more with the lack of services that it all ready provides. I.E. schooling, public transport, emergency services and social support.
