Comment: Please note the response would have been in sooner however issuing a letter on the 16th of December makes it impossible to respond when there are only 14 working days .
I would demand the council insist on less terrace homes, requires installation of larger homes including 6 bedroom provision in keeping with the area, larger gardens to allow self-maintained play space.
I would like a review of:-
1. the density of housing proposed, 2 dispersion of social housing planned concentrated link homes 3. play space 4 garden provision to be increased in keeping with the area I would like 5. larger homes tobe installed in keeping with the area which has 6/8 bed room homes
St Athans is an improving area and the homes installed need to work with this track record. The importance is to improve the area rather than the installation of far too many houses for the land mass and create social housing black spots.
