We would like to mention that we received no notification of the proposed development and it would appear that neither did at least half of the village. Since the development affects the whole village community equally, we should all have been informed. We object strongly against any building on this farmland for many reasons.: brown field sites are available, the roads and lanes are not adequate to cope with the increased volume of traffic, the access to the site is dangerous, there are inadequate public services such as medical facilities, schools, shops and public transport and the public right of way from Flemingston to the main road via fields would be lost.
