I wish to concur with the views of my neighbours at 20 and 22 Ash Lane. An aspect of concern is the volume of traffic that will be generated taking into consideration that 300 units are planned if you assume that each unit has at least one/two cars per household the roads in this area are not designed for this addition volume of traffic especially through St Athan village and the back lanes towards Cowbridge and Llantwit Major. Also consideration must be given to preserving farm land and maintaining the natural beauty of the countryside. This application must be refused.
