Comment: This installation will be to the detriment of a peaceful and beautiful area of Barry enjoyed by residents who walk their dogs and walkers who visit Porthkerry Park via the Golden stairs. The residents of the houses whose view will be thoroughly spoilt has clearly not been taken into account and is causing anxiety and upset..
