I am writing to object to the felling of trees subject to TPOs. I am a neighbour with full view of one of the trees that is to be felled (3522). I object to the felling of these mature trees. We should be doing all that we can to maintain trees which provide a habitat for wildlife and birds and provide us with oxygen. I am particular concerned at the rate at which mature trees are being felled in St. Augustine's Ward. Currently there is another planning application that needs to be considered by VOG alongside this application. Planning app 2015/01449/FUL/YP proposes the felling of 38 mature trees on property adjacent to Headlands. Together with the proposal to fell the 19 trees at Headlands this could lead to the felling of 57 mature trees in a very small area- less than a square mile. The effect on wildlife of these combined applications could be devastating and must be considered. Please see attached my letter objecting to the felling of trees in planning app 2015/01449/FUL/YP
