I object to felling the 9 TPO Trees, with inadequate reasons and not identified on a map as is required. I note it is part of a scheme to fell 19 trees & reduce crowns on many others, that is likely related to plans for housing development which are undisclosed. The felling would seriously impact amenity and remove ancient trees, the very reasons for the TPOs. It would radically change this historic parkland landscape up to the Headland cliff-edge. A habitat for owls and perhaps other protected species - No relevant species assessment done - a Habitats Regs assessment should be required. Applicants haven?t supplied information sufficient to identify individual trees I ask for - Restart 6-week period once required information is received including reasons given in each TPO notice. - Consult the Council's biodiversity officer specifically over protecting the area under ancient and semi-mature woodland/parkland of Welsh government policy in consultation with NRW specialists.
