Comment: The Planning Committee observed that since the first EIA was undertaken the Boverton Flood Protection Scheme has been sanctioned. The proposed Northern access road will undoubtedly have
an effect on the Flood Protection Programme and therefore LMTC Planning Committee recommends a second EIA Screening be undertaken.
Also the Committee has concerns regarding the increased Noise levels the proposed Northern access road would cause particularly for the streets leading up to and in the Monmouth Way and the Church Meadow Estate.
