Comment: We wish to object to the proposed development for various reasons, as
already stated by various bodies.
We believe this to be gross overdevelopment of a sensitive sight, which it would appear has been allowed despite there being requirements in place, which the project has been given special treatment by the Vale.
We would point out the loss of trees, the stability of the site and the creation of suitable parking for the residents.
