I have read the amended proposals. The question of bats keeps coming up and yet no-one has actually been to the site to see if they are present. The ecology report in December 2016 showed no sign of bats which is obvious as they were roosting. Now it appears that any surveys carried out have missed the Bats in the spring 2016 of which they are in abundance. I insist that a fair report be made of the bat presence and activity before any further decisions are made.
I will not accept a proposal that put recycling bins under my window and nor will I accept that the proposed parking measures are sufficient. 30 apartments with 30 spaces and only 2 visitor parking spaces will create a high risk of the roads becoming even more congested and dangerous than they already are.
