Other type details: Breach of planning condition.
Comment: In the planning condition for the Ely Brickwork site it states that the access gate must be at least 10 metres from the highway. Gate have now been installed that are only 3.8 metres from the highway. This is clearly a breach of the conditions. And the condition should be enforced by the Vale of Glamorgan enforcement team.
There is also a condition that the first 20 metres of access track must be of a bound material, this has not been done. I feel both these conditions were imposed on health and safety grounds. So they need to be enforced.
As the gates have now been installed, it would seem tipping of waste is now imminent, but should not commence until the conditions are met.
