I object as development would mean less clear distinction between settlement edges and countryside which would lead to loss of open land. Would have hugely negative impact on environment of Glamorgan coast which should be preserved. Development is against policy which states that development should only be allowed if it is considered necessary for ?agriculture, nature conservation, low impact tourism or coastal access? but hybrid application does not address any of these. Development would mean increased road traffic and increased risk to our children crossing South Road. Previous traffic surveys conducted are not representative as done during summer period when less traffic on road. Residential development of this size would put extra strain on primary school.
