My objections are as follows :- 1/ Proposal is in complete contrast to Policy ENV6 of the U.D.P. 2/ U.D.P. remains the adopted development plan until the L.D.P. is in place 3/ Proposal is reducing sports/activity facilities by 50% which contradicts Welsh Government and Vale Council plan to increase physical exercise (Creating an Active Wales document) 4/ Site is not inside settlement boundary but in open countryside - Policy ENV1 (L.D.P.) 5/ Similar proposal was refused and then dismissed in 1993 - nothing of importance has changed to warrant a different decision now. 6/ St Modwen transport assessment is flawed only including 350 houses at Cog when emerging L.D.P. allocated 500 houses - proposal is unsound and suspect 7/ Sully village has insufficent facilities or infrastructure to cope with 200 houses at this site and 500 at Cog, e.g. sewerage system is currently operating at 130% capacity ; Sully is being used as a bypass by traffic instead of Dinas Powis
