Comment submitted by Bob Guy: The proposed tourism and leisure facilities in this proposal are to be welcomed. There is a need for caravan pitches and this is a good coastal location for such. However, The whole site should be retained for leisure/tourism as a valued resource and opportunity. Should the applicant require support, the Council's Regeneration/ Creative Rural Communities team can assist with identifying fund raising opportunities as an alternative to enabling development.
