I object to this Hybrid application because the infrastructure regarding the surrounding roads and increased traffic volumes will not cope. From 200 new houses there will be at least 400 cars and 2000 people. Swanbridge and Cog Roads do not have footpaths along some of their length and this is a danger to children and pedestrians. Utility services for Sewage and Foul Water will be overloaded. Proposal for a New Clubhouse, Bowling Green and Sports Pitches is irrelevant because they already exist there anyway. School and Doctors Services will not cope with this and the Cog development.. There will also be the loss of open space and a Village concept.
