Comment: If the development does not take place it is more than likely that the club will close down with the loss of approximately 20 football teams, the bulk of which are junior and mini teams. There are also rugby and bowls teams which will cease to exist.
The grassed area will not be maintained and will become overgrown and will, more than likely, be fenced off for the public's safety. Neighbours will object to this happening.
