The Vale needs extra housing. This represents one of the view opportunities where granting permission for housing at he same time provides for a fantastic community facility in a financially viable and sustainable way. The club serves hundreds of locals from kids playing football to retirees bowling. If the development is not granted the club will shortly be insolvent. That facility will be lost at the land will fall into disrepair.
